For many years, our customers would re-cover their seats with new upholstery. This meant the forklift could not be used for 3 to 5 days, and sometimes it cost nearly as much to recover a seat as it did to buy it new.

Also, it is terribly difficult, if not impossible to re-cover a badly-worn seat with worn seat rails, broken or cracked seat frames or worn out suspension parts. Our simple answer to this difficult problem was to manufacture 8 different styles of universal seats for any forklift application. (Even some agricultural/industrial applications as well!) Flushed with the recent successes of our brake drum and brake shoe product lines, we again imported container-loads of seats to keep costs down, while maintaining a high degree of quality. These cost-savings are passed directly on to you, the customer.
